[Community Revitalization Workshop]
Mr. Kanda of the NGO, Friends with the Voiceless International, led a workshop on the topic of community revitalization and the effect of SNS.
The workshop touched on some of the potential effects of SNS use, its relationship with loneliness, and its potential impact on communities.
Many students reflected on and reconsidered the way they use SNS themselves.

Graduates who previously participated in the school’s Miyako Exchange Program and are still working to support the area led a discussion.
During the discussion, the students discussed their activities, future challenges, and how to continue to be active in Tokyo.

Students that visited Miyako, Iwate during the summer vacation reported on their activities.
Miyako-produced sea-vegetable soup was served, and over 100 students stopped by to listen to the students’ reports!
